This policy covers the voicesolution.si website. The VoiceSolution app and customer projects are covered by the terms and data arrangements agreed for them.

Who we are
VoiceSolution is a product of AI Solution Craft, No. 544, KH Road, Ennore, Chennai 600057, Tamil Nadu, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean AI Solution Craft.
What we collect
When you send a solution request. Your name, business email, company, phone number if you give one, the product you are interested in, what you write about your requirements, your confirmation that you have read this policy, the page you sent it from, and the time it was sent.
To protect the form from abuse. The network (IP) address used to send the form is recorded for a short period so that repeated automated submissions can be blocked.
When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A session cookie may be set after you send the request form, so that the confirmation message can be shown to you, and for administrators who sign in to manage the site.
How we use your information
- To read and reply to your request.
- To prepare a scope or proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of enquiries we have received.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you sent a request.
Who can see it
Requests can be read only by authorised members of our team. Our hosting provider and email provider process the information on our behalf so that the website and notifications work. We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to respond, follow up and keep a record of our conversations with you, and we delete requests that are no longer needed.
Security
The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored requests is limited to authorised staff.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Where data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you further rights, we will respond as that law requires.
